My English

What is the meaning of 'LIMIT 2'? A normal person will understand as
'Buy not more than 2 packet'
Then u can get at RM 4.95 each
Am i right?
But i duno wheather is my english not good
Or the other too expert
Because he told me
'U must buy at least 2 packet then only can get @RM 4.95'
Funny if is the case
It should be 'With minimum 2 purchase then will buy @ RM 4.95'
End up i spend my 1/2 hours there teaching English
What make me angry is
They din even admit is their fault
But in stead tell me what they really mean in the word that they understand
